DDR = Dance Dance Revolution (cardio) 40 mins in a.m.
superset with lat pulldowns, 100 lbs + with yellow band x 10 x 8
lateral raises with blue band 20 each shoulder
arnold presses - 25 x 12 x 10 x 8....rest pause x 3 (shoulders dead......)
cable v-bar pulls 160 + w yellow band x 15 x 13 x 10 (squeeze)
Rode bike 30 mins at night after workout
How long would you say a workout like this takes you? It seems to be less volume than I typically do but by your pics you're a pretty thick dude so you've got me curious (not THAT way ya little nasty)...
Yea man, much less volume right now cuz i'm just starting out after 10 months NOT WORKING OUT AT ALL. I weigh 186 at 5-10" in the pics you have. Workouts right now take me about 30 mins.
in the future....if im not dicking around at the gym......and actually workout..... i can get a good back & shoulders session in, in 45 mins. I like to superset back with shoulders, so theres no slack in between lifts
