Rode bike 30 mins on lunch break

Squats 115 x 12 x 12
135lbs x 10 x 10
Lunges 25lb dumbells x 18 x 16 x 14 x 12
Leg Extensions 80+yellow band x 12 x 10 x 10 (squeeze the shit outta them!)

V-bar narrow pull down 120+yellow x 14 x 12

80+yellow x 14 (for form)

1 arm dumbell rows 40lbs x 16 ea.

Pullovers w/60lb dumbell x 14 x 11

60lb flat db presses x 8

Cable pulldowns 120 + yellow band x 18 x 16 x 14 x 12
60lb db Rows 16 ea.

so went out for dinner and a fancy place for my fater in laws birthday and mowed down some filet and all kinds of appetizers and i felt that at 10:30pm i was gonna do legs!

LEGS
