i havent been keeping up with logging workouts on here but i have been in my calendar. soo....
friday 19th, lite shoulders (wasnt feeling it)
sat 20th, heavy shoulders
Monday 22nd, Chest 245 x 6, then 265 x 3* personal best
Tuesday 23rd, Back
Thurs 25th Legs 295 x 1* Personal best
Friday 26th, Shoulders
