db curls up to 40's tricep cable press downs, ez curls, tricep STRIVE machine, tricep pushdown machine, bicep curl machine

Leg ext warmup:
80+yellow band x 15
80+yellow band x 15

Legcurl with black band:
x 20
x 20

Squat:

135 x 12
185 x 12
225 x 11
255 x 8
255 x 4 1/2 (only went down half way)

Lunges:
holding 60's x 11
holding 60's x 10

Legs are smoked....15 mins later it hurts to walk, stairs are a nightmare right now!

Ok....so my legs have never hurt this much since..... I don't remember when!!

Shoulders:

Alternate---->(2 minute rests between sets) lateral raises then DB presses, then upright rows with Presses. I was sweating like a hog!

Lateral raises:
(Warmup) 15's x 18
25's x 13
25's x 10
25's x 8
25's x 7

DB Presses:
60 x 14
60 x 11
60 x 8
60 x 7
60 x 5 superset 40lb x 5

Upright rows:
65lb x 20
65 x 18
85 x 12
85 x 8 (strict)
65 x 15

Lateral raise w blue band only (finisher)
x10
x10

end 65 x 15

i havent been keeping up with logging workouts on here but i have been in my calendar. soo....

friday 19th, lite shoulders (wasnt feeling it)

sat 20th, heavy shoulders

Monday 22nd, Chest 245 x 6, then 265 x 3* personal best

Tuesday 23rd, Back

Thurs 25th Legs 295 x 1* Personal best

Friday 26th, Shoulders
