Shoulders/back

upright rows superset with lateral raises with yellow band
Arnold presses with 25's

chin-ups
Lat pulldowns
V-bar cable rows superset with 1 arm dumbell rows

.....And im spent!
time for post workout goodies and protein then spaghetti Dinner to follow!!

My back is feeling pretty ripped up already this early in the morning.... shoulders may take a few more hours for the DOMS to show... today i will do Chest and arms

My shoulders kicked in last night for some reason. Today it feels like my arms weight 80 pounds lol... my back didnt get sore at all though. I hate that. Maybe I'll go back and look at what you did and steal it for myself. :)

For BACK...straight up chin-ups or wide-grip pull-ups tear me up like no other!! yup, good 'ol chin-ups! just like in grade school!

There is no better back exercise as far as I am concerned. If I were pressed I would say that medium grip bent overs are close but it is hard to compare the two since the mechanics involved are so different. Based solely on results, however, I would say they are close. Still, I prefer pull ups over the rows simply based on how they feel.

You can't compare a bent over row to a pull up dude. BORs involve so many other muscle groups to a way larger degree. Like rear delts for example. BORs hit those puppies hard. Pull ups still activate them but dont stress them nearly the same way. If you want to compare the only logical comparison is the lat pull down.

You need to sleep more brother, lol :D

curl bar with 40lbs x 12

skullcrushers 40lbsx15, 40x10

cardio played DDR 3 for 30 mins !! :nana:

Later that night i did squats with 125x15.........and i could not do another set because my hamstrings were cramping and tight as a Motherf***er !! and im feeling it today!!
