Tuesday sept 14th,
I was going to run 2 miles buuuuutttt, somehow i miss the mile marker which was my turnaround spot and went an additional 1/2 mile so in all i went for 3 miles and i walked i say about 1/2 mile total. between mile 1 and mile 2 my knee felt like it was going to explode(i GOT to get this extra weight off!) but the pain went away and was able kick the last miles ass!
i might take a day off today, havent decided. legs are sour and im tiRED. but, i hate not doing anything, maybe i will break out the ol' p90x kenpo video and kick some arse..
Remember, REST IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS EXERCISE..... jus sayin....
