im double posting this from the other message board, cause i can :)

i did this at lunch(noon) using 15lb db's when weights are needed.
push ups x 10, body squats x 15, upright row x 10
rest 15 seconds repeat x 4
*note-out of the 40 pushups i only did 3 on my knees
db shoulder press x 10, lunge walk 20 steps, pushups x10
rest 15 seconds repeat x 4
*note-all pushups on knees :(
one arm row x 10, db squat press x 12, sprint around track
no rest seconds repeat x 4

then i did some calve raises going up the stairs started w/ 10 then went up a step and did 9, up a step 8, etc until i got to 4

at 5pm ran 2.2 miles

Day 2 Wednesday October 27th

The only exercise i did was run 2.4miles on my lunch break. took me 24min58sec lots of hills.

5 min run at 6.0 treadmill
15 pushups
db chest press/db curls/shoulder raises x 3 sets
machine fly/hammer curl/lateral raises x3
tricep push down/shoulder press/cable curl x 3

Tuesday Nov 2nd,

2.5mile run at lunch. Still feel pretty beat up :box: from the weekend, hopefully today i will get some weights in!!!!

Wednesday nov. 3rd

Lunchtime i did a leg workout and i dont remember what weights i used :(
walking lunges 3 sets of 10(each leg)

leg press machine
4 sets
leg extensions
4 sets started with 62.5 and worked up to 8 reps of 100lbs wha what!
db sumo squats
4 sets
smith machine squats 50lbs
4 sets
seated calf raises 45lb
4 sets
standing calf raises
a shit ton.

took the week of thanksgiving off from working out. wish i went running or something but i didnt :(
this is part of my new workout. i could def tell i havent been eating clean, i had no energy for my little muscles today :(. def been lacking in protein. will concentrate on adding more to my diet this week.

Pushups to failure to flat bench DB flies: 3 sets
Bent over barbell rows to bent over reverse flies: 3 sets
Seated db military press to seated lateral db raise: 3 sets
Standing DB curls to tricep pushdowns: 3 sets
Planks to cruches: 3 sets

Tuesday's workout sucked ass. barely ran.... im blaming it on that time of the month and if anyone wants to say anything 'bout i'll kill ya.

wednesday much better! great lifting day!!

DB Lunges (walking if possible): 3 sets at least 12 reps per leg w/ 15lb db's
Sit squats: 3 sets 25 reps w/ 15lb db's
Step ups (use an aerobics step or a low bench, step up with one leg and then bring the knee of the other as high up toward your chest as possible. Step back down, repeat with other leg.): 3 sets 15 reps each leg w/ 15lb db's
leg extensions 3 sets 87.5lb x 10
DB SLDL: 4 Sets 1st-20lb 2nd 25lb 3rd 30lb 4th 35lb db's x 15
Abductor/Adductor work: 3 sets each 1st 100lb 2nd 120lb's x 15reps
calf raises 20-outer,20 straight 20 feet turned in holding 15lb db's

lots of stretching. :pumpin:

saturday took the dog for a quick jog, jogged 1 mile walked 1 mile.
sunday jogged 2 1/2 miles walked 1/2 mile
monday elliptical 20 minutes, treadmill sprint/jog alternating for 8 minutes.
