Good, I will just keep looking ahead, looking back only slows you down. While you work out I am pushing myself harder. :) Nothing like a good competition to keep us going. I believe humans are competitive by nature. And I have miss this. (day dreams about my high school sports days and playing semi pro football) My internet has been down that why I havent been updating my log website.

stats are going up!! Just measured quickly and have gained half an inch in bis and forearm. Gained an inch and a half in my chest. Friday I plan on updating pics and stats. I have been very busy with work my dad is on vacation so he is having me run the company which takes up A LOT of time. :panties:

Granted some of that is muscle memory. Plus I am eating like a body building once again diet is def a help.

updated my stats on my log.

:yay: I am very pleased am doing better than I thought I was. I lost size in my waist and naval gained size everywhere else and am up 10 pounds

It gives me more motivation to train balls to the ball and leave everything in the gym. I woke up today and was so sore I didnt want to get out of bed lol Love it
