Starting Monday Sept. 13th 2009 I will begin my hard and tormenting 100 day challenge. My knee still hasn't recovered fully from surgery so I am going to have to work harder and longer then others may have to. I will try to jump on and type my training and diet log down on here everyday or every couple of days.
My diet is simple and easy to make. My main source of protein on days will be from chicken, pork, eggs, and tuna fish. Carbs will be coming from bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, and oatmeal (not a fan of that)
My training is balls to the wall, in and out no more than an hour of weight training. On some days I will do a light walk after my lifting but will be in the gym for more than that time.
Sunday- Recovery Day
Mondays- Chest & Triceps
Tuesday- Back and Biceps
Wednesday- Recovery Day
Saturday- Recovery Day
As of right now I am going to have to take it very, very light on Leg day due to my knee surgery that I underwent.
But Monday I will be posting some pic on here and also be sending mikey some.
My goals of this 100 day fitness challenge is to get in better shape, duh. Gain strength and loss body fat. So maybe I will be able to compete once again in a body building show. I hope you will enjoy stalking my life with what I do, I have only shared my life with a few people. I will also be making a web site for this and posting all my stuff on that. With videos of training, cooking, and posing.
