Heres what I think,,, Simple changes, but important ones. I didn't do it but you should add a ":" or a "-" between Joe Chaffin and Owner, so like
Joe Chaffin - Owner.

I made the name bigger, moved the hotmail addy to the bottom but increased the size of the phone number.

I like what you did with the email addy but the top is a bit crowded now. You need more white space between the lines of text, it'll make it easier to read. Think of things in terms of importance. Of primary concern is your business name, so that takes top billing and top size. Next isnt your name, but rather your phone number. Make that as large as you can but smaller than the Business name. Lastly comes your name. You don't even need your last name on there, just "Joe", because no one is going to call a tatoo shop looking for Joe Chaffin, they're just gonna call and ask for Joe. Unless you answer your phone the way you should with "Crazy Train Tatoos. Joe speaking." In which case they wont mention your name at all.

Obviously its your card bro, do what you want. I'm just trying to give you a professional critique. Ultimately all that matters is that you're happy with whatever you use. Here's an example of what I mean...

I don't like the hotmail address. For $20 a year (or less) you can buy www.crazytraintattoo.com (I checked and it's available). And for an additional $10 a month (or less) you can get your website hosted and e-mail hosting for 5 accounts (joe@crazytraintattoo.com; info@, accounting@, etc.). You'd probably have a blast designing a webpage and displaying some pics of your work. I think this would be much more professional but still relatively inexpensive.

I like it, plus sorting a site/email is cheap and looks professional. The only change I would be tempted to make would be the font, as great as it looks it's not as easy to read as it could be which could put people off.

FWIW I got some cards made up through http://us.moo.com/, mine were the minicards which are like half size business cards and stand out really well.
