 Post subject: Made a new recipe last night

I had four pork chops. In a 13x9 pan cover the bottom with thinly sliced potatoes. Take two cans of cream of mushroom soup, 2 cups of water and mix together. In the meantime, but frozen broccoli, or a vegetable of your liking, in the pan. Then pour over mixture. Bake for 30 min at 375 then add cheese and cook for another thirty and wala ... all done. Mike liked it a lot!!!
