Well, the stuff that i make isn't all that great for the bodybuilder whos is prepping for a show. HOWEVER, thsese are great for those days when you need extra calories for bulking.

Once i get them typed up i will post:

Deep fried turkey
smoked pulled pork
Asian braised short ribs
crock pot tomato chicken
stuffed rotisserie chicken
perfect pot roast
garlic infused rib roast (with garlic paste)

and some other shit.

that's kinda the point. As i had stated these are for cheat meals or something to have when you are off the cutting diet. this is FEEL GOOD food.

I am typing these up now so i will post em when they are all set.
