 Post subject: Tuna salad.. ( with or without sandwich)

Location: Inside the cookis Jar..
Gender: Male
Ingredients
2 cans chunk light tuna in water
1/4 C. olive oil mayonnaise
2 Tbs. mustard
1/4 C. onion, finely chopped
1/4 celery, diced
1/4 tsp. celery salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Place on your favorite bread. It is that easy.. :tongue: :tongue:

YUM! I've also put lettuce on my bread/toast and it's pretty good too! I've also added hard boiled egg whites

Yeah I normally do too.. But people I know are not egg fans.. But i love eggs..

Mmmmmmm sounds nummy. I lose the bread and dip celery stalks in it.

Blech ... unfortunately I cannot eat celery. But maybe someday I will. I eat broccoli and I never used to : )

I should give this a try. I ate so much tuna straight out of the can for so long just the word now makes me gag. What I once loved now makes me sick. What's the scoop on olive oil mayonnaise? I didn't even know there was such a thing!

Definitely give it a try Al! Sometimes having something a different way can make you appreciate (or at least not gag) the new taste and texture of a food.
