I like this one, got a few recipes but this one is easy and tasty.

Ingredients:

Water
Sugar Free Jello mix
Protein powder

(yeah complex I know :D)

Mix up the jello with the hot water in the instructions, then mix as much protein powder as you can into the cold water. Mix them up and leave it in the fridge overnight. Don't forget to count how many scoops went in if you're tracking calories or macros.

It should make a nice sweet dessert with an almost 100% protein breakdown of calories.

Cheers! It came with the flat but I'll take credit for it anyway :D

The taste of these differ a lot depending on the ingredients, last one I made used orange jelly and a chocolate orange casein powder and it tasted really good.

BTW I may use jelly/jello interchangeably since I'm from the UK and I'm pretty sure this is mostly a US board. If there's any difference just tell me and if I'm making a :boobs: of myself just say!

LOL, its mostly a US board but its hosted in Germany, go figure. Theres one member here thats a Scot I think although his job keeps him away a good deal of the time. As for making a :boobs: of yourself... its kind of a requirement at least once a week. Dont make me have to ban you for being cooler than me. :banned: :D

THAT looks yummy. I need something to curb the sweet cravings at times and I can eat this one. Sugar free jello is ok for me to have.
