Too many ill informed people have told me that "a good balanced diet is all you need" - don't be fooled by this. The quality of the foods served up in our stores (UK & US) is diabolical!
If anyone is reading this post, take time out and watch thi movie, if it's not the full movie, search for it on Google as it's free to watch online.

Once you have watched it, please feel free to post your thoughts and opinions on a "good balanced diet" and we'll take the discussion from there.

That was a great documentary, real eye-opening. I myself have been trying to buy more local farm fresh meats and produce.

Just posting sorry for the necro post BUT...

I was just taking a protein powder with a recovery blend of creatine and glutamine *not that high of a quality really*

But now I take a Casein protein, Whey Isolate, Multivit and fish oil.

I hate always getting free stuff from my place I buy my sups from because they give me a lot of caffeine shit and I suffer from anxiety attacks and they just flare up when I take something that potent. But keep them around in case a friend comes by and wants them.

Trying to get it where I can just do it all on my diet myself and only take a protein mix at night when I sleep. That would be good.
