I went back on my strict diet. I have not followed the real diet in a while now. I just been watching what I eat... But I am back on the correct formula... But since I started back I have a post lunchbreak crash... Where I can barely stay awake.

I figured it was my bloodsugar. Well I got a buddy thats diabetic and has a kit with him here at the office, and he let me test it right before I posted this and my bloodsugar is 96mg/dL. Which he says is good...and uponr research the normal levels are 82 to 110 mg/dL... What could cause me to be soooo sleepy after lunch?

I get like that after lunch. Mostly when I eat too much. So lately all I have been having it tuna sandwich and a cup of soup with a soda but the past 2 weeks I switched to diet
