I take a multivitamin, fish oil, extra vitamin E, protien powder, Glucosamine/Chondroitin and a fiber sup.
I wish I could half 1/2 the money back I wasted on ALL the other junk. There is no supplement for a clean, measured, timed diet and good old fashioned hard "SMART" work with adequate rest!
Rest... you'd be amazed at how many people forget that part! Fitness in any form is a three sided equation comprised equally of: Diet, exercise and REST! Yet to so many people asking them to rest is like asking them to french kiss their mom.... lol...
